澳洲移民局公布2021年7月1日澳洲商業移民計畫改變重點

2021年7月1日澳洲商業移民計畫改變重點如下:
 
  1. 188類別維持188 A, B, C, E, 申請條件有部分改變
  2. 188 Premium investor 投資1500萬的類別取消
  3. 132 永久居民簽證取消
  4. 以前188類別簽證給予4.3 年的簽證停留時間, 7/1起改為給予5年長期居留時間
  5. 有評分規定的類別分數維持65分
 
 
以下為各類別申請條件改變重點:
188A
                 
  1. 營業額從原先澳幣50萬調高到澳幣75萬
  2. 個人淨資產由原先澳幣80萬調高到澳幣150萬
  3. 仍有延簽 條件不變
 
188B
  1. 申請前2年, 淨資產價值從原來澳幣225萬調高到澳幣250萬, 此金額要在簽證發出兩年內移轉至澳洲
  2. 投資金額由原先的澳幣150萬調高到250萬 / 投資期限5年( 持簽證期間都要維持投資金額)
  3. 投資於complying investment (沒有政府公債了/ 全部是基金組合)
    • at least AUD500,000 in venture capital and growth private equity funds which invest in start-ups and small private companies
    • at least AUD750,000 in approved managed funds. The managed funds must invest in emerging companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange
    • a ‘balancing investment’ of at least AUD1.25 million in managed funds

      • We prohibit direct investment in residential real estate. We strictly limit indirect investment in residential property through managed funds. 嚴禁直接投資於居住用住宅房地產 也不可以用 managed fund 管理基金方式間接投資於居住用住宅房產
         ※ You must not use investments as security or collateral for a loan. 不可用此投資  
            做為貸款抵押品
 
188C
  1. 投資金額維持澳幣500萬 / 投資期限5年( 持簽證期間都要維持投資金額)
  2. 同樣是complying investment
投資組合個別所要求的金額有更動如下:
  • at least AUD1 million in venture capital and growth private equity funds which invest in start-ups and small private companies
  • at least AUD1.5 million in approved managed funds. The managed funds must invest in emerging companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange
  • a ‘balancing investment’ of at least AUD2.5 million in managed funds
※ Direct investment in residential real estate is prohibited. Indirect investment in residential property through managed funds is strictly limited. 嚴禁直接投資於居住用住宅房地產 也不可以用 managed fund 管理基金方式間接投資於居住用住宅房產
※ You must not use investments as security or collateral for a loan. 不可用此投資做為貸款抵押品
3. 仍有延簽 條件不變
 
188 E 企業家簽證 Entrepreneur stream
 
  1. 以前規定要像下列五個單位之一拿到贊助資金澳幣20萬的合約, 投資於澳洲新事業
you must have one or more legally enforceable agreements to receive funding with a total of at least AUD200,000. The funding must be from one of the following entities:
  • Commonwealth Government agency
  • State or Territory government agency
  • Publicly funded research or innovation organisation
  • Higher education provider specified as a Table A or Table B provider under Part 2-1 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003
  • Investor registered as an Australian Venture Capital Limited Partnership or Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnership
現在　只需要州政府背書申請者的商業概念即可, 也沒有投資金額的規定
 
  1. 規定在澳洲要執行的商業活動一定要是創新的概念, 且此事業的發展的商品或服務最終能在澳洲商品化 亦或是在澳洲發展成一企業
 
且提出的商業活動不可以與居住住宅房產, 人力資源雇用, 購買澳洲既有事業或加盟連鎖店有關
A complying entrepreneur activity must relate to an innovative idea that will lead to:
  • the commercialisation of a product or service in Australia, or
  • the development of an enterprise or business in Australia
This activity must not relate to any of the following categories:
  • residential real estate
  • labour hire
  • purchase of an existing enterprise or a franchise in Australia
  1. 主申請人的英文四項每項均達6級 (與原規定同)
