澳洲技術移民職業別上限 Occupation Ceiling
技術移民職業別上限 Occupation Ceiling
技術移民的職業名單中的職業會有設限名額 Occupation Ceiling, 針對澳洲當地市場需求,不同職業有不同名額數的限制. 但是Occupation Ceiling只適用於採計分制的General Skilled Migration programme,但不適用於有州政府提名, 或雇主提名的技術類別. 只要某項職業達到上限標準, 移民局不再針對此職業發出邀請函. 其用意在於確保移民計劃不會被少數職業別主導.
在2015-16的會計年度, 以下8的職業皆已達到職業上限¸在2015-16的會計年度中不再發出邀請函, 要等到下一會計年度開始才會發邀請函。
以下為8個在上一會計年度已達上限的職業:
- 2211 – Accountants
- 2212 – Auditors, Company Secretaries and Corporate Treasures
- 2334 – Electrical Engineers
- 2335 – Industrial, Mechanical and Production Engineers
- 2339 – Other Engineering Professionals
- 2611 – ICT Business and Systems Analysts
-2613 – Software and Applications Programmers
-2631 – Computer Network and Systems Engineers
特別有以下四個職業別一直都是高需求的職業, 在核發邀請函時需要所有管制,按比例發出, 以利在會計年度中有足夠移民配額可以使用。
-ICT Business and System Analysts
-Software and Applications Programmers
- Accountants
- Auditors, Company Secretaries and Corporate Treasurers. (csol名單)
做法:
在Skillselect會先將名額給 Skilled – Independent (subclass 189) 類別, 然後剩餘的給技術類區域(親屬加分)類別Skilled – Regional (subclass 489) (Provisional – Family Sponsored) visas. 如果189類別申請者拿走此職業上限的所有配額, 則就不發給489類別任何邀請函 。
目前2016年7月第一次的Skillselect，以下四個高需求度的職業發出邀請函的分數如下:
